The petitioner is an African national. By this petition, he has prayed that all African jail inmates who are lodged in various jails should be accompanied with escort guards while taking them for producing before the trial courts.

Upon perusal of the application, it is seen that the averments made therein are too vague and general in nature.

In that view of the matter, we are unable to persuade ourselves to grant any relief to the petitioner. However, it may be open for the petitioner to approach the appropriate authority / authorities for redressal of his grievance.
