Petitioner and respondent No. 2/complainant with their respective advocates jointly request for quashing of FIR No. 111/2018 under Sections 376, 366, 363, 306 and 34 of Indian Penal Code. The complainant has filed affidavit disclosing that she has been happily married and does not wish to prosecute petitioner. We have perused the report dated 5th May 2018, which led to registration of FIR. We have also questioned father of respondent No. 2 who is present with respondent No. 2. wp.4487.18.10.doc daughter does not wish to prosecute petitioner and has taken decision in the interest of all.

In this situation, accepting joint request, we make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (a).
