Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. In view of the averments made in the Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b). Returnable date of fresh notice to the Respondent No. 4D and returnable date of publication notice to Respondent No. 4A shall be 21st January 2016. Publication will be at the cost of the Applicant. We direct the Applicant to supply adequate number of copies of the newspapers one week before the returnable date.
