This application is filed for recalling order dated 8th October 2015 passed by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.2784 of 2012, thereby dismissing the said Petition for want of prosecution. It is submitted by learned counsel for the Applicant that, Writ Petition No.2784 of 2012 was pending for return of the notice and the returnable date was 5th October 2015, but it was listed on 8th October 2015.
