After arguing for some time, this Court was informed that against the order of 4th September 2023 an Application for review has been filed on the ground that on 4th September 2023 what was sought to be argued was Interim Application seeking medical expenses as the date for hearing of interim application for maintenance was 15th September 2023 which date came to be preponed by virtue of Application for early hearing filed by Respondent-wife due to medical emergency 2.

This Court is informed that the Review Application rsk 1 of

7-REVN-109-2024.doc has been filed on 22nd December 2023 and has not been adjudicated as yet. The matter is listed before the Trial Court on 4th May 2024. As the review petition is pending, the learned counsel for parties agree that the Review Petition can be directed to be decided in a time bound manner. As the Review Application has been pending since December 2023, the learned Magistrate is requested to decide the Review Application expeditiously and in any event within a period of two weeks from the date of hearing i.e. 4th May 2024.

Learned counsel for the parties submit that on 4th May 2024 the advocate would be present before the Court and will argue the Review Application and will not seek any adjournment. In the unlikely event that the Court is not available on 4th May 2024, the period of two weeks which is directed by this Court to be read from the adjourned date of hearing. Revision Application stands disposed of in the above terms.
