The learned counsel for the Applicant submit that the Applicant had filed First Appeal before this Court challenging the order of the learned District Judge, Pandharpur the said Appeal is dismissed for non-removal of the office objections. Hence, requested to restore the Appeal.

I have heard the learned counsel for the Applicant. 4.

Considering the submissions and reasons mentioned in the Application, the Application is allowed and the order dated 1 April 2022 quashed and set aside.
