Heard Ms.Kshirsagar, learned Counsel for the Applicant and Ms.Khatri, learned Counsel for Respondent Nos.2(a) to 2(d). 2.

This is an application for bringing on record legal representatives of Respondent No.2 since deceased. On record the Respondent No.2 died on 15th August, 2014 leaving behind Respondent Nos.2(a) to 2(d). Ms.Khatri appears for Respondent Nos.2(a) to 2(d). 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, delay of 12 days in filing the Civil Application is condoned. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a), (b) and (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main Petition shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
