The learned counsel appearing for the Appellant wife states that the Appeal is restricted to that part of the impugned decree by which the marriage between the Appellant and the Respondent was dissolved by a decree of divorce. On instructions of the Appellant who is personally present in the Court she states that the Appellant is not
fca-297.14 pressing the challenge to the decree of divorce. As this Appeal is confined only to the decree of divorce, the Appeal does not survive and the same is disposed of. Ad-interim relief granted in the Appeal stands vacated. Civil Application No.50 of 2016 and 435 of 2014 do not survive and the same stand disposed of.
