P. C. :- 1) The petitioner was running a telephone booth in the premises of Panvel Bus Stand on the basis of the leave and licence agreement. He was evicted by following due process of law after expiry of the lease period. The petitioner approached the Residential Deputy Collector, Raigad-Alibagh by filing appeal being Premises Appeal No.1 of 2014 which came to be dismissed. 2) Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that in view of the guidelines laid down in Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights & Full Participation) Act, 1995 the petitioner's application may be reconsidered. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that an appropriate application would be submitted to the respondents for seeking permission to run a Telephone Booth at Panvel Bus Stand.
