Therefore, the Writ Petition has become infructuous and all subsequent orders can be challenged by the Petitioners by a substantive Petition. Once such a substantive Petition is filed, the same will be considered on its own merits. 2.

Both the Interim Application and the Writ Petition are disposed of accordingly.
