In pursuance of the order dated 20th January, 2015 the Medical Officer from Prajwala Detention Home, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh has sent an email of the statement recorded of the Applicant / victim lady which is originally recorded in Telagu language. A free translation in English of the same has also been forwarded by Dr. Sunitha Krishnan, General Secretary of the Prajwala Detention Home, Hyderabad. A copy of the original statement of the Applicant and its free translation which has been forwarded by Dr. Sunitha Krishnan, General Secretary is taken on record and marked as "X" collectively and a copy of the same has been served upon the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner.

After hearing the matter at some length and after reading the statement of the Applicant, forwarded by Dr. Sunitha Krishnan, the learned counsel appearing for the Applicant prays to withdraw the present Revision Application.
