Heard. By this Civil Application, the Municipal Corporation seeks condonation of 162 days delay in filing the First Appeal challenging the judgment and decree dated 12.03.2015 passed by the Small Causes Court, Mumbai in Municipal Appeal No.43/2008.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.
