1] The Petitioner has approached this Court being aggrieved by her transfer from Respondent No.3 school to Respondent No.4 school. 2] When the matter was listed on 3rd November 2017, taking into consideration the issue relating to the Petitioner's son, we had requested the learned counsel for the management to consider whether the transfer order of the Petitioner could be recalled. 3] The learned counsel for the Respondent - Management fairly BGP.

states that the management would not request upon the transfer of the Petitioner and the transfer order stand recalled. 4] The Petitioner however submits that in so far as powers for signing pay bills etc. is concerned, the management be permitted to give the powers either to the Head Master or to any other authorised person. 5] The learned counsel for the Petitioner states that the Petitioner is not interested in having such powers. She further submits that the she has no objection if the Education Department and the Respondent - Management authorise some other person. It is however submitted that the Petitioner would not come in the way of the Management and taking such steps. We therefore find that Petition has served its purpose. The Petition is accordingly disposed of.

6] The statement of the Respondent - Management that the transfer order shall stand recalled, is accepted. So also, the statement on behalf of the Petitioner that the Petitioner is not interested in retaining the powers to sign the pay bills and that the Petitioner has no objection if the Management does it from other signatory authority, is also accepted.
