Learned Advocate appearing for Respondent No. 5 - Apex Grievance Redressal Committee SRA, Mumbai states that Respondent No. 5 has not closed the matter for orders as alleged by the Petitioners in paragraph 17 of the petition. He states that further hearing in the matter before Respondent No. 5 is scheduled on 07.01.2022. In view thereof, Petitioners are at liberty to attend the said hearing and make their submissions. No action shall therefore be taken against the Petitioners pursuant to the notice dated 28.12.2021 until the hearing is given to the Petitioners and two weeks thereafter, if the order passed by Respondent No. 5 is against the Petitioners. 2.
