The Appeal arises out of dispute of property tax. The Respondent had filed this Appeal under Section 217 of the Municipal Corporation Act, 1888 which had been allowed by the Court below. The Appeal against the said judgment has been admitted.

In that view of the matter, the Respondent shall continue to pay property tax as fixed by the trial Court. The payment of the tax shall be subject to the decision of the present Appeal. 3.

In that view of the matter, Civil Application stands disposed of.
