Heard Ms. Deepa Kamath, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.P.P. Pujari, learned A.G.P. for respondent No.2. 3.
Ms. Kamath has tendered a photo-copy of the consent terms dated 12.11.2018 filed by the parties before the learned Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, 31st Court at Vikhroli, Mumbai in C.C. No.170/DV/2016. The same is taken on record and marked 'X' for identification. She further states that clause-9 of the consent terms provided that respondent No.1 (petitioner herein) will withdraw Appeal filed before the Sessions Court being Appeal No.188/2018 and will also withdraw this Writ Petition.

Ms. Kamath further states that the petitioner is present in the court today. She has tendered a photo-copy of his Aadhaar card which is taken on record and marked 'Y' for identification. In view thereof and on the instructions given by the petitioner to her, Ms. Kamath seeks permission to withdraw Writ Petition.
