At the outset, learned counsel for the Respondent No.3 - CBI makes a statement that the prosecution intends to examine PW. 6 - R.B. Kulkarni, only on the point of CDR and as mentioned specifically in paragraph 4 of the order dated 3rd October, 2019. Statement accepted. 2.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by learned counsel for the CBI, the learned counsel for the petitioner, does not press this petition and seeks leave to withdraw the same.
