After arguing the application for considerable length of time and on showing disinclination, learned counsel appearing for the applicant, seeks permission to withdraw the application. However, learned counsel Mr.Suryawanshi is justified in submitting that the applicant is arrested on 18th March, 2019 and till date, no charge is framed. 2.

Granting liberty to review his request for consideration of bail application if the charge is not framed within a period of six months from today, the application is disposed of as withdrawn.
