Prayer for grant of pre-arrest bail for Applicant No.1Ravindra Sharnappa Dange as not pressed, stands rejected. So far as the claim of Applicant No.2-Laxmi Ravindra Dange is conerned, the learned counsel invites attention of this Court to the fact that the applicant along with her husband is cooperating in investigation.
2/2 5-ABA-1970-2016 The Investigating Officer does not dispute that the Applicant No.2-Laxmi is co-operating in investigation, however, submits that after her release, she be directed to attend the police station for investigation.
In view of above, in the event of arrest in Crime No.491 of 2016 registered with non-applicant police station for an offence punishable under Sections 420, 464, 465, 468, 471, 473 120B read with Section 34 of IPC along with Sections 66(A), 66(D) of the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with Section 34 (Chapter VII) of the Aadhar Act, 2016, Applicant No.2-Laxmi Ravindra Dange shall be released on executing PR Bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties in the like amount. She shall attend the concerned police station from 21st to 24th December, 2016 between 10 a.m. to 12 noon and thereafter as and when called. She shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence and/or influence the prosecution witnesses.
Application stands disposed of.
