The present Appeal deserves a disposal by a simple direction being issued to the Corporation that it will not initiate any action against the suit premises involved in L.C.Suit No.2840 of 2021, without following due process of law. In the wake of the above order being passed, City Civil Court shall dispose off L.C.Suit No.2840 of 2021. 2.

The Appeal stands disposed off alongwith it's pending application.
