Learned counsel for the petitioner states that this Application is not pressed so far as the petrol pump situated in Nashik, property Item No.1, is concerned.

The applicant apprehended that the Investigating Officer would prevent the user of the house as residence of his family members but the learned A.P.P. clarified that the Investigating Officer has not caused any physical hindrance in the user of the house as residence.
