After arguing for some time, learned counsel for the Applicant seeks leave to withdraw this Application, since the trial is being expedited.

Accordingly, the Application is dismissed as withdrawn. In the facts and also keeping in mind the age of the victim girl, the trial of the Applicant is expedited. The learned trial Judge shall decide the said case as expeditiously as possible and in any event, within 16 months from the date of receipt of this order. The Applicant to tender a copy of the order before the trial Court.
