This is a request made by the applicant - Shyamwar Pinturam Rai that he may be released on cash bail till the time he could arrange sureties under the terms of the order dated 20/08/2022 passed by this Court.

Having regard to the averments made in the application that it is very difficult to find surety for the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- due to which despite of granting bail, the applicant is still languishing in jail, the application deserves to be allowed. 3.

Apart from the conditions for the release on bail in the order dated 20/08/2022, the applicant is permitted to furnish cash bail surety in the sum of Rs.1,00,000/- for a period of 6 weeks in lieu of surety.
