Despite the dismissal of the applicant's bail against conviction, he was not taken in custody. This appears to be an exceptional case, where the applicant could not be taken in custody. Applicant is a woman and is working as a Clerk in the Borey 1/2

I am, therefore, taking a lenient view and directing her release on bail, suspending her substantive sentence, on her executing the bail bond of Rs. 30,000/- with two sureties in the amount of Rs.15,000/-each. In addition, the applicant shall also deposit Rs.1,00,000/-(Rs.One lakh) in this court during the course of the day.

The bail bond shall be furnished within a period of one week. However, the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- shall be deposited in this court today.

The criminal application for bail and the criminal application for suspension of sentence are allowed in the above terms and are disposed of accordingly.

This order shall be produced before the concerned Jail Authorities for release of the applicant. All concerned to act on the authenticated copy of this order.
