Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and perused the copy of the FIR. The learned APP for the State submits that the application filed for anticipatory bail by the applicant is pending before the Sessions Court and now listed for hearing on 16th November, 2015. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the learned Sessions Court has not considered to grant ad interim relief.

Having regard to the submissions advanced and the nature of offence registered against the applicant, I am of the view that no case has been made out for showing indulgence in the matter to grant ad interim relief. The application is disposed of with a direction to the applicant to approach the Sessions Court. The Sessions Court is directed to hear the application and dispose of the same within the period of two weeks thereafter. The prosecution is directed to submit the reply to the bail application on 16th November, 2015.
