Mr.Kanetkar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners states that the petition has become infructuous in view of the subsequent order dated 15th December, 2016 passed by the learned Divisional Joint Registrar. The statement is accepted. 2.
The Divisional Joint Registrar is directed to hear the Revision Application filed under section 253 of 2016 expeditiously and not later than six months from the date of the first hearing. The petitioners are directed to remain present before the Divisional Joint Registrar on 13th August, 2018 at 11:00 a.m. without fail. 3.
It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merit of the matter. All the contentions of both the parties are kept open.
