Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Civil Application, Applicants-Corporations are seeking stay of the operation and implementation of the impugned Judgment and Decree dated 30th September 2016 passed by Bombay City Civil Court at Mumbai, in L.C. Suit No. 1124 of 2008, restraining the Applicants from taking any action on the basis of notice issued under Section 314 of the Mumbai Municipal Corporation Act dated 14th May 2008 and also the order dated 26th May 2008. 3.

Taking into consideration, the relief prayed by the Applicants in the present Civil Application, which is in the nature of final order in First Appeal at this stage cannot be permitted.

Hence, Civil Application stands rejected.

No order as to costs.
