These are applications for intervention filed by Mr. Ramesh Patel the informant in CR No.358 of 2017 registered with D. N. Nagar Police Station, Mumbai.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the applications are allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b). 3.

The applicants in the aforesaid anticipatory bail applications are directed to implead the first informant as respondent No.2. The said amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks from today and the amended copies of the applications be served upon the learned counsel for the first informant within the stipulated period.
