Parties jointly request for quashing of FIR which is essentially under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Sections 504, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code are also added. 2.

Two of the Applicants are juveniles while remaining two have attained majority recently. We need not dwell more on the matter because Applicants, who were students have shown their bonafides by filing an Affidavit stating that they are regularly

APL 1200-18.doc attending School and also attempt to secure more than 70% marks in the examination.

Orally also they assured the Court to be regular in attending their respective educational institutions. 4.

In view of this assurance and bonafides shown, we accept joint request and make rule absolute in terms of prayer clause (B).
