The petitioner has challenged stated transfer order dated 30th October, 2015, however, considering subsequent development, the learned counsel for the petitioner on instructions from the petitioner, who is present in the Court, seeks to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file/to make representation. The Respondents to decide the representation as early as possible in accordance with law. The petition is disposed of with liberty. All points are kept open.
