1) The applicant is protected by an interim order dated 11.11.2015. The learned APP, on instructions, submitted that the investigation pertaining to CR No. 568/2015 under sections 420, 406 read with section 34 of IPC is at the fag end. She further, on instructions, submitted that the applicant has attended the Investigating Officer for the purpose of investigation as per the directions issued by this Court and the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

2) In view of the above, the interim relief granted by an order dated 11.11.2015 is hereby confirmed.
