The present application is tendered across the bar at 06.06 p.m. The Application is not registered and numbered. In view of the Diwali Holidays, the application is taken up for consideration for grant the ad-interim relief. It is evident from the impugned order dated dated 6 November 2015 passed by the City Civil Court, Dindoshi, the application for anticipatory bail is kept for hearing on 21 November 2015. Judge has rejected the request for grant of ad-interim relief without recording any reason. Being aggrieved by the said order, the Applicant has approached this Court seeking indulgence of this Court to grant interim protection.

Upon considering the submissions advanced and perused the remand application, the complaint appears to have been registered at the instance of one Mr Maonj Balbir Singh Arora on account of purchase of one Gala namely Laxmi Industrial Estate, Andheri (West), Mumbai. The allegations are mainly against Mr. Rajesh Kailash Bajaj, the accused No.1, who is already arrested and appears to be released. The role attributed against applicant arrested appears to be help the accused No.1 in the alleged criminal acts. Having regard to these facts and taking into consideration that the Sessions Court will remain closed on account of Diwali Holidays till 15 November, 2015, I am inclined to dispose of the application with direction to the Sessions Court to hear bail application and dispose of the same by granting interim protection till next date. Hence, the following order.

: O R D E R :

(i) By way of interim relief, it is directed that in case the Applicant is arrested on or before 21 November 2015 by the Amboli Police Station in M.E.C.R.No.02 of 2015, then the Applicant be released on his furnishing bail in sum of Rs.10,000/- with one surety in like amount. The interim order to remain in force till 21 November 2015.

(ii) The City Civil Court, Dindoshi, is directed to hear and decide the application on 21 November 2015.

(iii) The Applicant is directed to attend Amboli Police Station for the period of four days with effect from 14 November 2015 in between 11.00 a.m. to 02.00 p.m. and co-operate with the Police in investigation.
