After the Petition was heard for some time, Mr.Shetye stated that entire grievance of Petitioner is that Respondent nos.7 to 14 have fabricated the map / forged documents and obtained Order based on such fabricated / forged documents in Civil Suit that Petitioner had filed. 2.

Mr.Shetye seeks leave to withdraw the Petition with liberty to move the Civil Court for appropriate orders.

Petition dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.

We clarify that we have not made any observations on the allegations made by Petitioner in the Petition. 5.
