Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He prays for a limited relief directing the 3rd and 4th Respondents to decide the representation dated 16th September, 2013 (Exhibit-G to the petition). He states that the representation has not been decided. Accordingly, we dispose of the writ petition by passing the following order:

:: O R D E R ::

(i) We direct the petitioner to supply an authenticated copy of this order as well as a copy of the representation 1/2

wp-9904-14 dated 16th September, 2013, to the General Manager of the Central Railway;

(ii) We direct the 3rd and 4th Respondents to decide the representation dated 16th September, 2013, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event, within a period of three months from the date on which an authenticated copy of this order is supplied to the General Manager of Central Railway alongwith a copy of representation;

(iii) All contentions on merits are kept open;

(iv) The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms; (v) All the concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
