2) Petition is disposed off as withdrawn with aforesaid liberty. 3) At this stage, Mr. Mundargi, learned advocate for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner is having excellent case on merits and is optimistic of getting relief under section 21(4) of Maharashtra Control of Organised Crimes Act, 1999.

4) In view thereof, ad-interim relief granted by order dated 10th December, 2018 to continue for a period of two weeks from the date of uploading of the present order on the Official Website of the High Court, Bombay.
