Heard Mr. Nitesh Acharya, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr. Satyan Vaishnawa, learned counsel for respondents no.1 to 11 at length.

After arguing petition for quire sometime, Mr. Acharya, upon taking instructions from petitioner no.1 who is personally present in the Court, seeks permission to withdraw this Petition with liberty to adopt appropriate proceedings to challenge order dated 7.9.2015. He submits that all contentions of the parties may be kept open.

Mr. Vaishnawa submits that if the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the petition, all contentions of respondents no.1 to 11 may be kept open.

In view thereof, on the motion made by Mr.Acharya, the Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. All contentions of the parties are expressly kept open. In case the petitioners institute fresh proceedings, advance notice shall be given to respondents no.1 to 11.Order accordingly.
