The counsel for the petitioners assures that an amount of Rs. 1,11,00,000/- shall be deposited with the RespondentCollector of Stamps, Pune City in response to communication dated 08/07/2022, provided the petitioners are permitted to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,10,36,542/- which was deposited in compliance with the order dated 05/02/2019. 1/3

According to him, the aforesaid proposal is required to be acted upon, in view of the consideration of the claim of petitioners for amnesty scheme :oated by the State Government wherein substantial concessions are provided in the matter of penalty to be paid.

In the aforesaid background, the petition stands disposed of in view of the claim of the petitioners raised in the petition being under consideration with the respondent-Collector of Stamps, Pune City, Pune under the amnesty scheme. 4.

The statement of the counsel appearing for petitioners that the petitioners shall be depositing an amount of Rs.1,11,00,000/- with the Respondent-Collector of Stamps, Pune City within a period of one week from the date of withdrawal of amount of Rs.2,10,36,542/- with interest, if any, from this Court is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Accordingly, the petitioners are allowed to withdraw the amount of Rs.2,10,36,542/- with interest, if any, subject to above undertaking.

In view of disposal of Petition, pending Interim Applications also stand disposed of.

However, in case if the petitioners claim under the amnesty scheme is not considered or rejected, the petitioners shall be at liberty to approach this Court.
