The Petitioner has approached this court with a grievance that the Tribunal has concluded the hearing in a group of petitions and judgment is not pronounced and one member of the Triunal is likely to retire and therefore, suitable directions be issued to pronounce a judgment. It is not possible for us to issue such a direction. However, Priya Soparkar

If the Petitioner makes a request to the Tribunal, that is being sought in the petitions, we have no doubt that the Tribunal will consider the request with seriousness and take appropriate measures, as are permissible in law, in that regard. 3.
