We are informed by the learned counsel for the Respondent that this petition has become infructuous since the order impugned in this petition has already been complied with by the Petitioners. 2.
Our attention is invited by the learned counsel for Respondent No.1 to a Government decision dated 29th March, 2012. It is submitted that in the said petition, the decision to give Assured Career Progression Scheme would be subject to the result of the writ petition No. 6407 of 2011 filed by the
2/2 (WP 11030 of 2013).
State of Maharashtra against one Kishor Vitthal Thakur. She submits that writ petition filed by the State of Maharashtra against Kishor Thakur was dismissed by this Court on 15th November, 2011 and this order was confirmed by the Supreme Court. Moreover, the Division Bench of this Court in a similar case has also dismissed the petition by its order passed in writ petition No. 11967 of 2012 dated 4.3.2013.
