2/2 09 ABA-2291.19.odt has assaulted the Complainant with fist and kick blows resulting in registration of offences punishable under Section 323, 353, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the IPC.

Since the interim protection was granted on 22/10/2019 and in the wake of the observations made therein, no custodial interrogation of the Applicant is warranted and the order dated 22/10/2019 is made absolute.
