Learned A.P.P. on instructions from Superintendent, Nashik Road Central Prison, Nashik submitted that, Petitioner has been given benefit of the Government Resolution for granting remission by SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE Date: 2023.01.12 10:03:27 +0530 SUNNY ANKUSHRAO THOTE on account of 125th Birth Anniversary of Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar and he has been released on 14th June, 2019 after undergoing sentence.
