DATED : 11th NOVEMBER, 2019 P.C:- The grievance in the Petition is that the Collector, District Nashik is not taking cognizance of and hence not passing orders in the application filed by the petitioner in his office registered as Case No.457/19 under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002.

Unfortunately, copy of the application filed before the Collector has not been annexed with the Writ Petition. Tilak

2/2 5 WP 11641-19.doc We dispose of the Petition directing that if the petitioner has lodged the Application under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 in the office of the District Magistrate i.e. the Collector, District Nashik and if the same is not lying under objections, the District Collector, Nashik would also function as the District Magistrate, Nashik shall take cognizance thereof and pass such orders as are contemplated by law.

Compliance be made within three weeks of receipt of this order.
