This Application is moved for restoration of the Writ Petition, which was dismissed by this Court on 10th September, 2018. 3.

The learned counsel for the applicant submitted that she has served the CBI. The learned counsel submitted that she was in Calcutta High Court for arbitration matter at the relevant time and therefore, it was not possible for her to attend this matter. She prays that the order dated 10th September, 2018 be recalled and the Writ Petition be restored.

In view of the submissions, the order dated 10th September, 2018 is hereby recalled. Writ Petition along with the interim order, if any granted earlier, is restored to its original file. 5.

Criminal Application is allowed and is disposed of accordingly.
