By order dated 05.02.2016, the matter was adjourned to 12.02.2016 to enable Mr. Puranik to produce building permission for carrying on construction on C.T.S.No.246 and 249 situate at Mauje Kanhur Mesai, Taluka Shirur, District Pune. On 12.02.2016, at the request of Mr. Puranik, by way of indulgence, it was adjourned to 22.02.2016 to comply order dated 05.02.2016. On 22.02.2016, at the request of the petitioners, it was adjourned till today as and by way of last chance. None appears for the petitioners. It appears that petitioners are not interested in pursuing this Petition. Hence, Petition is dismissed in default.
