It is to be noted that present Civil Application is for fixing early date of hearing of Second Appeal No.198 of 2014. Earlier Applicant preferred similar Application being Civil Application No.1161 of 2016. This court by order dated 28.07.2016 rejected the said Civil Application. In view of the order dated Mohite 1/2
