Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the Petitioner had approached this Court by filing present Petitioner for seeking quashment of the proceedings arising out of FIR bearing Crime No. 193/2009 registered at Kasarvadavali Police Station, Thane for commission of offences punishable under Sections 420 read with 34 of IPC. Learned Counsel further submitted that during pendency of the Petition due to intervention of elderly persons and as better sense prevailed over the parties, the parties have Umesh Malani

P.2.doc amicably settled the dispute. Learned Counsel further submitted that parties namely, Petitioner as well as informant are present in this Court. The statement made before this Court that parties have arrived at an amicable settlement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court. Learned Counsel, on instructions, prayed for withdrawal of the Petition.

By accepting the said statement, the prayer for withdrawal is granted. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of accordingly.
