The challenge in this Petition is the order dated 07/10/2022 whereby the learned Minister has vacated the stay granted by order dated 25/11/2021 in Revision Application. It is stated that during the pendency of this Petition, Revision pending before the learned Minister has been disposed of in view of which the Petition is rendered infructuous.

Learned senior counsel for the Petitioner states that the order in Revision Application shall be challenged by filing a separate petition. 3.

Petition is disposed of as infructuous keeping open all contentions.
