By these petitions, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking direction against the respondent no.1 to issue guidelines as directed by this Court in order dated 4th March, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 1963 of 2015.

Mr. Kulkarni, the Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, the respondents-State Aled their afAdavit dated 3rd September, 2018 duly afArmed by Dr.
3/4 Pandurang Laxman Khandagale, Additional Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Maharashtra State, Pune stating they have already issued Circular dated 19th September, 2018 and also issued the guidelines. The copy of the same is placed on record as Exhibit-1 to afAdavit dated 3rd September, 2018.

The Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that, in view of the subsequent developments, the order passed by this Court on 4th March, 2015 in Writ Petition No. 1963 of 2015 is complied. He submits that, the petitioner seeks liberty to prefer appropriate proceedings, if they so require, to challenge the Circular dated 19th September, 2018 and also the guidelines. The same is permitted. 5.
In view of the subsequent developments and respondent no.1 complying with the order dated 4th March, 2015 in the Writ Petition, nothing survives in the present petition. Hence, the following order :
(a)Writ Petitions stand disposed of as infructous.
4/4 (b) Liberty granted to the petitioner, if they so desire, to take appropriate steps for challenging the Circular dated 19th September, 2018 and guidelines issued by respondent no.1 and that will be decided on its own merits.
(c) No order as to costs.
