The learned Counsel for the applicant at threshold submits that she would not press this application in the eventuality, the trial is expedited, as according to the prosecution, there would be only two material witnesses i.e. the victim herself and her mother. The case is registered as Special Case No. 404 of 2015 pending before the Special Court at Pune.
