The orders at Exhibits-G and H respectively, are passed by the Collector, Jalgaon and the Divisional Commissioner, Nashik Division without hearing the Petitioner thereby causing prejudice to the Petitioner. We therefore without going into the merits of the matter, set aside the said orders and direct the concerned Authority to hear the Petitioner and pass orders within a period of four weeks from today. All contentions of the parties are kept open. The above Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of.
